Hi! My name is Joy Bollinger and I teach the 2-3 year old Froggies. I graduated from Circleville Bible College (now Ohio Christian University) with a BA in Missions and Elementary Education. I have been teaching at Parkview since 2001. I am the wife of a wonderful husband who has been a pastor on the eastside of Indy for the past 14 years and the mother of 3 children (Josiah-15, Rebekah-12, Andrew-10).
When I started working at Parkview, Andrew was in my class and Rebekah was in the 4-5's. They enjoyed being able to paint, use glue, and play with play dough everyday! Though I have been working with children since I was in high school (Sunday school, babysitting, daycare), this was my first co-op experience. I thoroughly enjoy the co-op experience the best! Being able to build close relationships with the parents is a valuable asset and one that continues on even outside the classroom. I also find it exhilarating to watch the children learning through play and interacting with their friends. They put a smile on my face everyday just walking into the room or saying something really cute. It truly is a rewarding job!

Linda Costlow
Hello, my name is Linda Costlow. I am the 3/4’s Turtles class teacher and lead teacher at Parkview Cooperative Preschool. I have been teaching here for 7 years. Along with my Turtles class, I co-teach the Kindergarten enrichment class on Mondays and the extended day program on Wednesdays. I have a BS and MA degree in Consumer and Family Science from Ball State University. When I am not planning an activity for my class I enjoy cooking, quilting, gardening, fishing, or taking in a movie with my husband.
We have 3 children. Our oldest son(24) attends IUPUI and is an IPS Broad Ripple H.S. and Parkview graduate. Our daughter(21) has been involved in mission work and is pursuing her college degree. She is also a BRHS and Parkview graduate. Our youngest son(13) is a boy scout and attends IPS Center for Inquiry#2.
Parkview has always held a special place in my heart and I cherish the memories I have of my children attending school here. They adored Parkview. I have met some of my closest and dearest friends here. One of the best parts of being involved in a cooperative preschool is the interaction between parents, teachers, and the children. It is a very warm, loving, and supportive community. I feel very blessed to be able to be a part of it. I hope you will stop in and see us sometime. Come and play!!

Lynne Johnson
My name is Lynne Johnson and I have been the 4/5's teacher at Parkview for the last 4 years. I also co-teach our kindergarten enrichment class on Mondays and our extended day program on Wednesday afternoons. My class is known as the "Caterpillars"! At the end of each school year we turn into butterflies and fly off to Kindergarten!
I have 3 children ages, 17, 16 and 12. My two oldest, girls, attend Bishop Chatard High School and my youngest, son, attends St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. I have coached sports in the Catholic Youth Program for the last 8 years, kickball and volleyball. In my spare time I am a avid runner. I have completed several mini-marathons and also a full marathon .
My favorite thing about the Parkview community is how much if feels like a family! What started as a part time job has become my passion! I love the kids and families. There is no greater joy for me than watching my class learn as they play, paint, share and just be kids!
Come by and join us sometime and see how much fun you can have being a kid again! Hope to see you soon!
